Ronald and Gerold were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond their duty. The place is small, private, and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms beautiful and clean. The location is perfect, being a 5-minute walk from both the beach and the Yumbo center. The host Ronald was amazing, with great communication and nothing being too much trouble. The complex is accessible, with lower wardrobes for easier reach. The outdoor decor and pool area were lovely. The Villa is conveniently located near a supermarket. The atmosphere is quiet and exclusive.

The staff members were excellent and attentive. The hotel was quiet, little, and homey, super close to Yumbo mall.- The venue was in a super central location very close to Yumbo and the beach, shops, and bars in the center of Playa del Ingles.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated between the beach and the vibrant city center. The inclusive breakfast spread was a thoughtful touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I highly recommend this hidden gem for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. the location was great, with Yumbo center and a supermarket just minutes away. the rooms were spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped. the private pool area was nicely landscaped and had plenty of recliners. the staff, especially Ronald, were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were not suitable for more than one traveler as the toilet was not closed off, which made it inconvenient for privacy. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers or couples.
